I'm a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, based in New York. Most of my work is centred in healthcare and women's leadership — two areas where rigorous thinking and a genuinely human-centred approach have to go hand in hand.

Before McKinsey, I worked at Sun Life Financial and the Mastercard Foundation, where I got early exposure to healthcare payers and what it really takes to drive meaningful change in complex organisations.
